On Saturday, June 9, 2018, during worship at The Glory in the City meeting, I saw the map of Buffalo with the Interstate circuit of the I-90, the I-190 and the I-290 prominently shown. I saw the words Pray Buffalo on this map. All within the time it took to sing one song, I saw how to organize churches to mobilize their people to drive that Interstate circuit and pray for Buffalo. I saw Pray Buffalo stickers, a website with a 60-minute audio recording of prayers for a spiritual awakening in Buffalo from various Christian Leaders. The audio will have instrumental background music and pauses between prayers were people can add their own prayers. People can play this when they are driving the circuit. People enter the Interstate circuit at their closest entrance and drive around, praying for the whole WNY region. It should take about an hour to go all the way around, and people can choose the time of day. They can do this with friends, family, children, however it’s best for them. On Facebook they can leave a comment to respond back with their experience. People can order the 8″ x 4″ bumper sticker on the website for a donation of $5. I foresee Pray Buffalo Day to be an annual event, but people can do it any time they like.
