Let’s go Buffalo! Let’s Pray Buffalo!

We invite you to join us for a prayer meeting IN YOUR CAR!

Take a prayer drive around Buffalo at your leisure. With no toll-booths, drive the I-90, I-190 and I-290 circling the entire city in about 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. Enter at your closest entrance and drive all the way around Buffalo while praying for spiritual awakening.

You can do this prayer drive at any time, in any direction. Or you can pray along at home, or while parked overlooking the city.

Let’s pray together for the city of Buffalo and for Western New York. On the audio file below you’ll hear prayers from pastors and leaders from Buffalo and beyond. Each prayer is followed by a short pause so you can pray what God has put on your heart.

After your prayer drive leave photos and comments on Facebook/Pray!Buffalo

Revs. Al & Deb Warner, Set Free Inc.: As Deb and I connect with leaders throughout WNY, we are hearing more and more stories of prayer fires popping up throughout our region. Jennifer Miskov wrote about Rees Howells, a revivalist from Wales who raised up an army of intercessors to lay down their lives on the altar of intercession and cover those on the front lines in prayer. Those intercessors had marked results of rerouting Hitler’s attacks through their prophetic intercession. Think of it. Our focused, united prayers are resurrecting and redeeming Buffalo and our region. As we pray, God rewrites history and releases destiny. Embrace your assignment.

John Shiver, Evangelist: We want to see Buffalo ablaze. God never changes. He has sent great revivals before when people prayed. He will do it again.

Charity Virkler Kayembe: I’m so excited about your Pray Buffalo project! I checked out the website and love your vision. I shared it with Dad and he agreed that I should post a blog about it once it’s all finalized, telling everyone about you and this project God gave you, and encourage them all to do it for their cities as well! It’s such a GOD idea. And I’m so grateful you asked me to be a part of it. Thank you!

Martin MacDonald: What a brilliant idea!

Sue Caley, London, UK: I have been listening to the wonderful,  powerful prayers for Buffalo from the blog glorywaves.org, activating angels in your city. I live in the suburbs of London, in part of Essex, so when I prayed along with those who were praying for Buffalo, I substituted London and Essex.
As I was praying and listening to prayers for Buffalo, a passage from Isaiah 60 came into my mind v 1 and 2’ Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See,darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the people’s but the Lord  rises upon you and his glory appears over you’.
Also psalm 126 v6 came into my mind ’He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him’
I thought I’d share this to encourage you as your ministry, and the prayers I heard and joined in with for Buffalo greatly encouraged me. I want to be part of what the Lord is doing. I am housebound, but I can pray!
Grace and peace be yours,
In Jesus name,
Sue Caley.
